Use the data for FCRA-covered purposes — credit, insurance, employment, or housing eligibility decisions (see Terms §2). KnowFirm is B2B verification/enrichment only.
Harass, dox, profile, or harm individuals. Data referencing individuals (sole proprietors, officers, beneficial owners) may be used only for legitimate business-verification purposes.
Resell or redistribute raw/bulk data as a competing dataset, or scrape/cache beyond your plan's terms. You may use results within your own product/workflow.
Circumvent metering, quotas, rate limits, or API-key controls, or share keys outside your account.
Use the API for unlawful purposes, to violate sanctions, or to evade sanctions screening.
Treat screening results as definitive — they are informational; run your own compliance checks.
Misrepresent KnowFirm data as guaranteed, certified, or as a consumer report.

Violations may result in suspension or termination. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
